Scope and accounts
These terms govern use of metadata remover hub, its metadata removal features, account services and purchases. Use the service only if you can accept these terms and keep your account credentials secure. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Files and permitted use
You retain your rights to your files and must have permission to process them. Do not use metadata removal to infringe rights, conceal unlawful conduct or interfere with the service. We may restrict access to address abuse or security issues.
Results and responsibility
Metadata varies by file format and may not all be supported by a particular workflow. Review the output before sharing and keep an original backup. Removing metadata does not anonymize visible content, redact text or faces, or guarantee that a file cannot be identified. Metadata removal is not a determination of authenticity or ownership.
Purchases and availability
Plan prices and entitlements are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew according to the checkout terms until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not itself request a refund. Features and availability may change; contact support about a failed operation or purchase.
Disputes and changes
Contact support about service or billing disputes. The Refund Policy explains how to request review. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. We may update these terms and publish the revised date on this page.
